I am extremely grateful for the service you guys provided for me today. My horses were treated with dignity and compassion by your driver Leslie. I am located in Ocala. He left 3am to make it to us early. He called ahead to allow me to give large amounts of tranquilizer to my angels. I said my goodbyes and left the farm. He humanely laid them to rest and did removal. He called me 30 minutes later and assured me everything went smoothly. One horse I had for 25 years and the other I had for 15 years they both had health issues and I didn't want them to suffer through another horrible Florida summer. I was even able to pay through a online banking service. I highly recommend TAP's through these hard decisions or unfortunate circumstances us horse owners have to go through. Our pet Rottweiler passed away a few hours ago. TAPS serviceman Jared came within the hour and handled our beloved dog with dignity and respect. This was a fast removal after 7pm at night. The friendly and empathetic service is outstanding. The service fees are very reasonable. They are highly recommended.

Today I had to put my 17-year-old gray thoroughbred down it was an extremely difficult day and Les from Taps Animal Services Was in Ocala Fl taking care of some horses up there without hesitation said absolutely he would be here to help me in the afternoon it was one of the hardest days I’ve ever been through and the service was so understanding and patient and caring at what was about to happen this was the second horse I’ve had to put down in less than a month I had to put a mini down about three weeks ago and again they made an extremely difficult decision a little bit easier I highly recommend their services if you ever need them Jenny LaCasse
